CRYPTO WILL EXTEND THE DOLLAR'S LIFE

By Mauro Marturano

I'll start from an assumption (which is mine, but that's exactly why... 😂😂😂): we will not witness the death of the dollar. We will witness the collapse of the dollar's value. Which are two completely different things.

A collapse that, in short, means that 100 dollars from 2019 will be worth, in 2030, 30/25 USD. Our currency, worse. A lifetime's savings evaporated. Which, incidentally, has already happened to a great many peoples. As Tozzi used to say: «We are the others».

Trump says he'll make sure the crypto world succeeds. All perfectly normal.

The Genius Act was conceived and written so that crypto would prop up American debt. So there's no doubt whatsoever that, in the short term, it has to succeed. Because if it doesn't succeed, there will be no guarantee for American debt. And if there's no guarantee behind the debt... then yes, the dollar would collapse.

Through the Genius Act, the Trump administration has built itself a guarantee for its OWN debt.

As I've told you many times, the first part of the movie was called Genius Act. The second was called «FUNNEL TOWARD AMERICAN ASSETS».

Without the second part, the Genius Act would have had no effect. Because, without demand for American assets, there would be no flow of capital from outside the US toward, precisely, crypto. And without that inflow, the guarantee wouldn't be a guarantee.

Today we have a serious problem: the Japanese carry trade no longer works. And so those who had been propping up much of the US debt shack are no longer doing so.

We necessarily have to reach the point where the Genius Act has all the effect it was built to have. Genius Act, in name and in fact.

Because it will make others pay — those who will want American goods (after being duly funneled in, via the theft of Venezuelan oil, via the situation at Hormuz, and via the coming nuclear situation in Ukraine) — the weight of US debt, in what amounts, in every respect, to a cannibalization.
