IF I HAD TO DEFINE THE CRYPTO WORLD, I'D USE TWO WORDS: PARALLEL SYSTEM
By Mauro Marturano

As things stand today, do we need the crypto world? Not for anything that can't already be done with something else — with, by the way, much greater risk and volatility.
So where does my interest come from?
It comes from having identified the crypto world as a parallel system.
Parallel to what?
Why is a parallel system needed?
Who needs a parallel system?
An Argentine who, 20 years ago, converted pesos into dollars before their "Apocalypse", saved himself. He climbed aboard what I call Noah's Ark.
A Venezuelan who, 15 years ago, converted bolívares into dollars before their "Apocalypse", saved himself. He climbed aboard what I call Noah's Ark.
Today we find ourselves in a similar situation: we're holding, without a doubt, a piece-of-crap currency.
Compared to the Argentine or Venezuelan citizen, though, we have an objective difficulty.
While they had one reference currency — and that was that — we have to choose among 10,000 currencies.
10,000 currencies, of which the financial clique knows which ones will win.
With this example I wanted to answer the questions posed above.
Crypto today is used for speculation — which doesn't interest me —; tomorrow it will be used to survive the storm that's going to hit — at a rate of 110%, speaking of insane spending 😂 — the European citizen and, probably, every citizen in the world.
Whoever thinks in euros is thinking in terms of a currency that will lose at least 60-70% of the rights the euro guarantees them today.
I don't know whether the crypto system will last over the long haul, say through 2030-2035.
What I do know is that, in the short term, it represents the only real Noah's Ark, together with actually knowing how to do something: serious work, not bullshit, not influencing, not wedding planning, etc.
And provided that this know-how doesn't require too many raw materials coming from places far removed from this intellectual and cultural madhouse we call Europe.
They've badmouthed the crypto system a lot and will keep doing so.
That said, one piece of proof that this attitude is, once again, manipulative is that European banks are getting ready to sell crypto.
If they didn't have any, what the hell would they be selling?
