IF YOU THINK CENTRAL BANKS, COMMERCIAL BANKS AND GOVERNMENTS CAN FIX EVERYTHING...
By Mauro Marturano

...by simply printing money, you're headed the wrong way ๐ (a polite way of saying you don't understand a damn thing ๐).
The moment you think this, you're showing YOUR UNSHAKABLE FAITH in money.
Reality is quite different.
If this has been true up until now, it's because, through military wars (hostile or quasi-hostile) or financial ones (wrecking exchange rates and/or indebting countries), it's been possible to reach a balance between paper and physical goods. The upper limit has ALWAYS been set by physical goods, that is, by the ability to subjugate/steal resources and make them available... to whoever was producing the paper (our part of the world).
The balance has worked, undeniably. It's worked because we can certainly say that in many parts of the world we haven't yet reached the law of the jungle.
There's an obvious point where the balance starts to crack: it's the point where, in our world, too much money gets created and, somehow, distributed.
If you want to make an extraordinary ๐๐ (I like big words, in this I'm American ๐๐๐) step forward in understanding what's really going on, you need to put in the work ๐๐ (again, big words ๐๐, because in reality these are absurdly banal concepts... but that's the level we're at, so ๐๐๐๐) on the following points:
- associate the word money with the word rights, which seems obvious, but obvious it is not: the moment I have money, I have the ability to convert it into rights, whether goods or services. The moment I have no money, I can't convert shit, so I can't demand goods/services.
These few OBVIOUS SENTENCES explain, for example, why climate change is cited so often by the European Mafia Union. Climate change shows up... wherever there are paper rights to destroy. There's such an invasive handling of COVID... wherever there are paper rights to destroy. There are "insane" decisions about wars... wherever there are paper rights to destroy.
In many regions of Africa or South America there's no climate change at all, because there are no paper rights that NEED TO BE CANCELED/LIMITED.
- understand that the money printer always runs faster than real production.
First, because running it faster represents ENORMOUS POWER for whoever controls the printer.
Second, because it's absolutely logical to think that creating money is easier and FASTER than creating real, tangible things.
Once you've understood these hopelessly complicated points ๐, full of formulas and integrals ๐, we can talk about today's topic.
Can they (central banks, commercial banks and governments) print without limit (with no consequences in real life)?
The answer is obviously NO.
Because, if they did, a flood of rights would get distributed and, along with them, a flood of possible requests to convert monetary rights into physical goods could "crash down" on the economic system.
And, at that point, the system would collapse and we'd reach what the great one ๐๐ called a desert island (meaning an island where there's money, but no goods), which would be the antechamber to a real civil war, an everyone-for-themselves permanent state.
A situation perfectly explained in the movie In Time, when the protagonist steals infinite time from the time bank (they didn't use money in the movie, but time) and gives it away to all the citizens of the ghetto.
The result? Nobody does a damn thing anymore and the system collapses.
I'll close by saying... that YOUR ILLUSION ๐๐๐ is the only reason we haven't gotten there yet ๐๐๐๐.
